PayPal and Debit Card Payment Options for Subscription

I am experiencing difficulty paying for my Lunch Flow subscription due to limited payment options. My end goal is to pay with a service I already use, such as PayPal or a direct money transfer, to keep my data footprint small. Currently, the only options presented are credit card or Klarna. I do not have a credit card, and the 'pay by credit card' option does not accept my debit card as the required input format differs from my debit card details. I am located in Europe and would greatly appreciate the addition of PayPal or a direct debit/money transfer option.
