Australian bank integrations (NAB, Westpac, ING, Revolut)
The customer initially provided feedback regarding the lack of support for Australian banks. Lunch Flow confirmed that this integration is currently in progress. The customer has specified the financial institutions they would like to connect to: NAB, Westpac, ING, and Revolut.

Import/Write API for transaction syncing (e.g. Apple Wallet / FinanceKit via LunchSync)
I am interested in using Lunch Flow with custom integrations and local sync tools. Currently, Lunch Flow's Personal and Platform APIs are read-only (supporting GET requests for accounts, balances, and transactions). It would be incredibly helpful to have a write API or an Import API endpoint (such as a POST request to push transactions). This would allow open-source tools like LunchSync (which retrieves Apple Wallet data on local iPhone devices using Apple's FinanceKit framework) to write or push transaction data directly into Lunch Flow as a custom source, similar to how it currently integrates with Lunch Money.

Amex (BA Amex) transactions syncing to Google Sheets with blank Account in column A
Hi — loving the tool so far. One issue on a fresh Google Sheets destination (Overview Template): Most rows populate Account correctly, but a block of American Express (British Airways Amex) transactions is syncing with column A (Account) blank. The rows are otherwise complete — Date, Amount and Payee are all present (e.g. Toolstation, Ringgo, Monthly Membership Fee). What I noticed: The labelled Amex rows are dated June 2026, then from the first blank-Account row the dates jump back to Dec 2025 — so it looks like a separate slice of Amex history being appended without its account name. Enrichment is off; other accounts (First Direct x2, Santander, Barclaycard) all label fine. Connection itself shows Active and is pulling full history. Possibly related to Amex supplementary/second-card handling? Happy to share screenshots or a sheet sample if useful. Setup: UK, Amex via open banking, Google Sheets destination, account andy.duckworth70@gmail.com

Add option to leave the "Description" field empty
Hi, I’m using Lunch Flow to sync my accounts to YNAB. One thing I noticed is that there’s no way to leave the Description field empty. The bank connection doesn’t report any additional information that I would like to import to YNAB, I would just like to leave it empty. However it seems like the auto fallback mechanism doesn’t let me to do that, even with custom templating. If I put an empty string (`””`) into the template, the fallback is activated and the default description will be added. If I choose a field that the bank returns empty, the string null will be imported into YNAB. The best I could come up with is to put a whitespace character (`” “`) into the template, but I would prefer if I had an option to just simply leave it empty. Thanks!

Toggle to sync the holdings for the balance
User reported an inability to import SnapTrade data into Lunch Money via Lunch Flow. The SnapTrade accounts were active on the Connections page but were not visible or clickable on the Destination page when attempting to map or create new accounts. The customer confirmed they could not click on the added SnapTrade accounts on the Connections page, nor could they see them listed when going through the 'Create New Account' flow under Destinations. Additionally, the SnapTrade accounts did not display currency or a 'Syncing' status on the Connections page. An admin implemented a fix, which resolved the issue. The customer provided feedback requesting a toggle to sync holdings for the balance.

Feature Request: Standard 'Balance Over Time' Report in Google Sheets
The customer is requesting a new feature for the Google Sheets integration. They would like an out-of-the-box, standard report that automatically tracks and visualizes historical account balances over time per account. Currently, users need to manually script or use pivot tables and formulas to achieve this functionality. The customer believes this would be a valuable differentiator. The bot attempted to log this as a feature request but was unsuccessful.

Enable starting the free trial without entering credit card information
In France, asking for a credit card for a trial period is often perceived negatively and can generate conflicts (chargebacks), especially when users only want to test the service without continuing afterward. From my past experience, this can lead to disputes and negative reviews. French-speaking users are generally quite sensitive about this topic.
