Make "Use existing" the default for YNAB

I think most users would come to LF to get bank sync for their accounts where YNAB does not provide it. So they already have accounts in YNAB but track everything manually. Having „Use existing„

as default could ease the on-boarding and avoid that users create accounts by mistake which leads to necessary cleanup in YNAB
