Highlight Institution specific limitations

Examples:

• Monzo pots don't have transactions, only balances

• In Monzo, if you pay from a pot, it leads to 2 transactions (pot → Account, Account → Merchant)

• For Revolut, joint accounts can only be connected to mobile apps

Some considerations:

1. GoCardless’s notes may not always be easily understandable for end users, only for developers who understand the integration details, perhaps we can ask them for a user-friendly version? or would we need to maintain it?

2. Some of the notes are relevant when creating or authorizing a connection, while others are relevant when handling the transaction mapping, how to best highlight this info in the UI without overwhelming users?
